Territory Manager - Laboratory Safety Products

Zest Scientific Recruitment is actively seeking an accomplished Territory Sales Manager who is looking for a fresh challenge in the Scientific / Laboratory Safety Products market.

Job Title: Territory Manager - Safety Products - Scientific Products.
Location: Midlands / South.
Experience: Field Sales Manager, Laboratory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Scientific Sales.
Background: Sales Management, Safety Products, Laboratory equipment, Scientific / Chemical Sales.
Salary: £30K - £35K basic + Car, Bonus, Benefits.

The Territory Sales Manager role will involve supporting, developing and growing the business within the defined territory of Midlands / Southern England. The post-holder will have the opportunity to run and develop the territory to maximise the potential that the accounts hold, by using their sales skills and experience to promote and sell Laboratory Safety products within the defined territory to achieve annual sales targets and to maintain the company's market share and position. The emphasis on this role is on new business development as well as account management, so hunger and drive are essential qualities.

It is necessary that applicants interested in pursuing the Territory Sales Manager role are educated to degree level standard (or equivalent) and can demonstrate proven professional sales experience in the "head to toe" safety products market, gaining and managing key accounts in a field based territory management role. Laboratory experience across a wide range of sectors spanning industry and academia is highly desirable, as is a sound understanding of the current laboratory equipment, consumables and chemicals marketplace.

In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £35,000 + Commission, Company Car and a range of additional benefits.
