Zest Business Group is actively seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a world leading producer of super alloys and fine steels. The successful candidate will speak fluent French and possess strong commercial skills in customer service or sales administration / coordination.
Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator.
Duration: Permanent.
Background: French speaking, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Engineering, Metallurgy.
Salary: £22k + benefits.
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Skills / experience required;
- Educated to Degree standard (or equivalent) preferred.
- Language skills - French speaking.
- Experience in a commercial customer service environment.
- Steel / Metallurgy industry experience would be an advantage.
- High level of self motivation & ability to prioritise.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office.
Duties / responsibilities;
- Handling of enquiries, quotations and orders involving negotiations with customers.
- Liaison between customers and French-based manufacturing facilities. This could involve visits to the sites.
- Supporting and working with the UK Sales Representatives.
- UK commercial Interface between French manufacturing sites and UK customers.
- Management of work in progress.
- Handling of commercial statistics.
- Credit control.
